Ticketek will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time. Ticketek does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
2. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), neither Ticketek nor the Seller will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
3. Ticketek will only replace lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified, including proof of purchase, and if you give reasonable notice before the event. Ticketek may charge a reasonable fee for the replacement of tickets. Ticketek may not replace tickets where seating is unallocated (general admission tickets).2. Variations to performances or events
2 The Seller reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, when you create a mobile application account you have the option to supply us with your email address. We also collect information when you create a mobile application account and/or profile, associate a mobile application account with a social network account, use or access our Services including any interactive areas of our Services, request or purchase Services, fill out a form, provide us with your contact information, participate in a contest or promotion, complete a survey, sign up to receive one of our newsletters, make a purchase, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.
When you choose to purchase merchandise or subscribe to the Services, we may ask you to provide your name, email address, postal address, a password, and/or telephone number or other personal data, as necessary. This personal data is collected for the purpose of providing you with the Services you choose to purchase and/or subscribe for. We may also ask you to provide your payment information when making a purchase, or we may direct you to a third party payment processing service to make payment.
If you attend one of our events, we may collect your date of birth to ensure your eligibility to attend the event and/or consume alcoholic beverages.
When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain personal data that we then aggregate so that it is not reasonably linked to a single, identifiable individual. This information provides us with helpful statistics that are used to improve our Services – for example, information on how our Services are generally used and accessed. By collecting this information, we learn how to best tailor our Services to our customers. We collect the following information automatically:
We log information about your use of the Services, including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, number of clicks, and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.
We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, MAC address, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.
We may collect information about your network, such as information about devices, nodes, configurations, connection speeds and network and application performance.

We may collect information about the use of our Services and certain tools, such as how often the tools are used, the duration and quality of use, calibration data, project configuration data and operator data.
CCTV systems are in operation at our events for safety and security purposes and to help us minimize queuing and ensure the smooth running of our events.
We may also obtain information from other sources (for example, people you communicate with via the Services and information publicly available on social networks) and combine that with information we collect about you.
USE OF INFORMATION
When you register for our mobile application you will be offered the choice to accept notifications from us. If you agree, we will be able to provide you with exclusive content and features as well as information about in-event promotions being offered by us and others. All notifications, including promotional notifications will come directly from us and will not be sent to you by any third party.
If you provide us with your email address, for example when you create a mobile application account, we will ask you if you would like to receive promotional material based on your interests by email from us or from other companies we work with including our parent companies (International Management Group (UK) Limited (“IMG”), and WME IMG), their affiliates and subsidiaries. If you do not wish to receive such marketing information, you may opt-out either during the registration process, or by following the “unsubscribe” link in any communications you receive from us or by emailing us at email@example.com.
If you have provided us with your postal address we may also use your details for promotional purposes unless you ask us not to do this.
HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA
We may share your information with our partners, including IMG, WME IMG, WME, AGT GmbH International, their affiliates and subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, resellers, channel partners and/or our licensees where necessary to provide Services which you request or to support our promotional activity or as permitted by applicable law.
We may also disclose data relating to you to approved third parties for business analytics purposes.
If you have agreed to receive direct marketing from us and our affiliated companies, we may also share your data for this purpose.
We will share your personal data with other users at your direction or through functionality available in the Services, including when you participate in the interactive areas of the Services.
We may share your personal data with service providers (for example, payment card processors) and contractors that we have retained to perform Services or work on our behalf. These parties are provided only with the minimum personal data needed to perform their functions, are not permitted to process personal data for any other purposes unless required by law, and are obliged to have adequate technical and organizational security measures.

We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal data about you, except as described here or as permitted or required by law.
We process location information through our mobile applications in order to provide you with alerts, messages, push notifications, and similar messages and notifications when you are near locations we think may be of interest to you. Such points of interest may be within or outside or our venue and may relate to services we think will be of interest to you but which may be offered by third-party affiliates.
When you first launch any of our mobile applications that collect location information, you will be asked to consent to the application’s collection of this information. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, our mobile applications, or certain features thereof, will no longer function. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove our mobile application from your device. We will continue to collect location information until you change the preferences on your phone, or uninstall the mobile applications as mentioned above.
SOCIAL SHARING FEATURES
The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. WHERE YOUR PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND STORED
Your personal data will be processed in the United Kingdom and/or in other states of the European Economic Area (EEA). From time to time we may also transfer your personal data to countries outside the EEA which do not offer data protection standards comparable to those within the EEA. If we transfer your personal data to a country outside the EEA we shall do so in full compliance with applicable data protection law.

Patrons entering the site consent that IMG Culinary Pty Ltd and third parties authorised by IMG Culinary Pty Ltd may make or record film, photographs or other forms of moving picture, still picture or any of them of the event (including, without limitation, of patrons) for the use of media and promotions. By remaining in this area and by entering the event:
1) You acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and/or filmed and/or recorded and you give your irrevocable permission to be photographed and/or filmed and/or recorded.
2) You grant your irrevocable permission for your likeness, mannerisms and/or voice to be included in any content from such filming, photographs and /or recording (and edited) without compensation and/or credit, which content may be communicated and/or exploited in any and all media worldwide in all perpetuity.
